I’m Dene Workman, I set up this Roofing & Property Maintenance business in 1993 and have been servicing local peoples homes and shops ever since, I work with a small friendly team including my sons Lucas & Leon, We supply our own scaffolding and even skips, We carry out repairs and guttering jobs to full new roof coverings. We were using Rated people ten years ago and scored an easy 5* rating, however we have been so busy with referrals that we decided to take a break from these sites, we’re back servicing BS9 and surrounding areas now and hope we can be of service to you.

Hi, we carry out various gardening jobs, from cutting grass, to landscaping. We are a very reliable company and no job is to small or big. I’ll be there to carry out the work myself which will be done to highest standard possible, sometimes I may require a helping hand, that would again a competent person. Also we do removals of old sheds etc, garden clearances and removal of waste metal. Also willing to construct sheds, storage boxes and fencing. So hopefully you like the sound of us and I’ll carry some work out for you, I can supply references where needed

J.Underwood roofing did great work stripping and re-rendering our bath stone property. The flat roof, also requiring attention was re-done and a new hatch fitted all with good attention to detail. G&J Building maintenance were prompt coming around for a quote, and came prepared (based on the information I provided in the problem description) with everything necessary to do the job. Their quote for the work was well within what I had budgeted for and they carried out the job there and then. They even fixed another small problem that they spotted for no extra charge. Excellent service and quality of finish. Restored my faith in getting reliable tradesmen! Can highly recommend.
