All keen to quote within hours of posting the job. Exchanged messages and wanted to book him for a quote. Sent the videos of the pipe as requested and then got deafed. Messaged to ask if it was something he could do or not. He apologised and said he'd review the video and come back to me...that was 24th March...now on 10th April and still not replied. Ben, who headed up the work, is a great guy and very credible and professional.Their quote was higher than others, but i went with them because of Ben and his attitude when quoting. However, after the job, my view on his workers who repaired the roof, changed dramatically. I, as a complete novice, had put some alluminim roof repair tape over some cracked tiles...imagine my surprise when i found that the workers ended up doing that too.I think a tile must have cracked when they were fitting them..amateurs!

Mike and his colleague did an excellent job. Needed an old 1970s asbestos garage roof replacing. Came and cut back all the overgrown foliage in half a day and then finished the roof the day after! High quality finish and very impressed.
