Richard was here when he said he would be, did the work quickly and professionally, and coped with some unexpected problems well (late arrival of the basin I ordered, and a leaky pipe only discovered once the tiles were off). Was also flexible and worked around my original appointment when the delivery of my tiles was delayed. Highly recommended.
