I’m revising my original 5-star review after the repair failed 6 months later. While I got a prompt response to my initial warranty request, a fortnight was then wasted where my suggestions for dates went unanswered and an appointment was finally set only to get cancelled on the day. A request to specify a time for a new appointment has likewise been ignored. After 3 weeks without a bathroom light, I’m now paying for a repair with a new contractor rather than continue chasing such unreliable service.

The whole process from initial contact to completion was quick and easy. Lee contacted me soon after the job was posted and arranged a visit very quickly. He advised me throughout and did the job for the price quoted. On the day, he had to do a little extra, but did not proceed until he was sure I consented. Very efficient and I am already planning my next job for him.

Super friendly guy and from what I can tell a competent electrician. Had cash flow problems which unfortunately created a few issues for my bigger job (this was a year ago and I believe due to temporary circumstances at the time). Would certainly recommend for smaller jobs

From start to finish, Jeff Robson did a fantastic job. His price was very competitive, he worked so hard,, and was very accommodating with our wishes...we really felt we had chosen the best. Adrian carried this work out for us after a very informative consultation. Fantastic work carried out in a very professional manner. Standard was excellent. We were that impressed with his standard of work that we also got him to fit a new kitchen which he sourced for us at a very good price. He built it installed the appliances and did all the tiling to a fantastic standard. Will definately use him again.

I was happy to employ Adam Bardsley of A.R.B. Electrical Solutions after speaking to him on the phone and I was not disappointed. He replaced the broken light at the front door and suggested an alternative light for the rear (which I had never considered) and even replaced a couple of sockets. He was extremely pleasant and, although the jobs were relatively small, he did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to have him back or recommend him to anyone else.
