Joshua and his team did a great job on both my front and back garden—trimming hedges, cutting back bushes, and weeding throughout. Communication was prompt from the start, and the quote based on images was spot on. They worked efficiently, were professional, cleared all waste, and left everything clean and tidy. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

Bill was excellent! He came out quickly and gave me a quote right away. We discussed the different options as we had to fix someone else’s shoddy work and came to a solution. Very easy to deal with. Came to assess the job, advised on different options and provided a competitive quotation very quickly. Robert and his team started and finished the job within agreed timescales and left the site tidy at the end of each day. We are delighted with the quality of the workmanship and the finished job. I want to express my disappointment with Charles from JnC Groundworks. I had written the review with the promise that he would return the following Monday to remove all leftover materials (which was part of the contract). This did not happen. Someone arrived over 2 months later to clear the leftovers but still left 2 pallets on my front lawn! This pitiful attempt to clear the leftovers only happened after many emails and phone calls, which he tried to ignore! DON'T pay until the job is FULLY completed!!

Lee and his team did a great job on replacing our roof - scaffolding was up and everything renewed within a few days. Communication was good and we got updates about when the work was happening and when the team would be arriving. They worked almost without stopping each day even though it was freezing weather, left everything tidy and disposed of waste, and showed us pictures of progress and the completed roof. Really happy with their work and it's good to have peace of mind with a big job done.

Although the conifer hedging was cut back the site was left untidy in spite of being asked to remove as much of the debris as possible as i was just out of hospital having had knee surgery and therefore unable to do any bending.I even supplied bags to put it in. I have been in touch with the company a couple of times since and each time get empty promises of 'coming to fix it at the weekend'.Disappointing since I had a few friends who would have been interested in using the service..

BMD completed the job a head of time and within budget. The trades men were all good they respected our home and always cleaned up after themselves. Could not say a bad word about them (even the singing brickies). I am so glad I got these alterations done I got the right builder for the job.

The guy come to see the tree, give me a price but never come back to do the job. Call couple of times, message him, said will come next day but didn't come. After 2 weeks send me a message if still I want to cut the tree, job was done with other company.

Terrible job left grout all over tiles which has now dried in had to get him back the nxt day slightly better job hopefull bath is sealed. Think I should get my money back will NEVER use him again forvthis type of job.
