Phil was a very honest, pleasant and likeable guy. I explained my requirements but he suggested an alternative that does not require the services of an electrician. He effectively talked himself out of a job this time, but I will certainly keep his details for any future electrical work that I require.
Nicholas managed to fix an issue that I was beginning to think wouldn't be possible as I have had 2 plumbers previously look into it. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now.
