Excellent job, really friendly and helpful guy. Have already phoned Martin about a couple of other urgent jobs that have come up in the last few days - both toilet cisterns out of service, and he has come out and sorted them out today. Martin is now our go to man for any future jobs, whether it's to carry out the job or just for help and suggestions. Really disappointing! Started off good, Mitchell got in touch and quoted for the job by the photos, he didn’t come out to quote. I was happy with the quote so I said go ahead and as he said he could do the job in 2 weeks I removed my post thinking great I’ve found the person for the job. 2 weeks later no sign of Mitchell or a reply to my emails asking when he’s planning to start the work so now I have to start the process again. Poor show from Mitchell or a no show, as it would appear

Came to repair the hole, all good until our trusted decorator came to paint the ceilings. He did his mis-coat and then the plaster all bubbled up and peeled off.. have been told that the board wasn’t sealed with pva before plastering, so any moisture has just sunk through with nothing to cling to.. no we have to pay to get the ceiling re-done!!
