Andy arrived bang on time having kept in touch between booking the job and actually doing the work. He was thorough, professional and pleasant. He took the time needed to do the job well and made any adjustments requested as he went along. I would certainly use him again and would recommend him to anyone.

Excellent work. Hired him to replace wooden decking in garden he did an excellent job and then rebuilt the roof on an outbuilding repaired a wall and fitted a new garden gate. Very versatile, polite and punctual. reasonable rates as well.

Honestly, for the first time since I hired many persons even from rated. Benjamin turned out the best. He never give up and find some solution if any issues occur. Responded very quickly and was able to come and do the job the same day, despite it being a small job. I had a problem with a leak to my downstairs neighbour and Mark did a very good job resealing the bath and investigating other potential sources of the problem.

Artur was very helpful. He did the work and left everything tidy and clean. He even moved things that needed to be moved and extra bits that needed doing at no extra cost. A very hard working and thorough tradesman. Mike was really helpful for new ideas and instilled us with confidence that our kitchen would be completed as we hoped. Build well planned, professionally executed and delivered within budget. Any issues discussed immediately and mutually resolved. Work force skilled, personable and respectful. Project completed in timely and continuous manner. Project well managed through bad weather and neighbours’ expectations. Minimal disruption regarding electricity, water and heating and consulted in advance of any period of down time. We are happy with the build and would unreservedly recommend Kingswest Developments.
