It's great being able to comment on a service you receive from someone particularly when it has been excellent. I/we take this opportunity to say thanks to Patrick at Roof Fix Services on the very professional quality of service he gave when we needed him. He was extremely helpful in offering his advice, quality of workmanship and above all made sure we were happy at each stage as the work was carried out. After spending weeks trying to find a Carpet Fitter in the Whitley Bay area, and being let down several times, Black Sheep Flooring could not have been more helpful. The job which involved fitting a specialist carpet in commercial premises was completed professionally, quickly and very efficiently. Chris was very polite and courteous. Recommended 100%

Cannot recommend highly enough, Paul and his team transformed our back garden to a lovely stone paved area with a section levelled for rubber matting for our toddlers play area. His work is to a very high standard and he was very professional. When we get more work done in the future we won't hesitate to contact him again.

Martyn's reply was prompt, he was able to service the gas fire at a time convenient to us and he was very knowledgeable. Not only that but he was courteous, friendly and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and certainly will not be calling anyone else for my plumbing needs in the future.

Job done speedily and the men were polite. Very satisfied with end result but reason it's not five star is the fact they requested to put the date arranged back by three days with very little notice. The original date was kept but the time altered.

Scott did a fantastic job of plastering my hall where some panelling was removed and over a few cracks in the walls. He did more than was required of him, he is very friendly and always on time. I would certainly use for any future plastering jobs that require to be done. Thanks

Marc replaced my rotting decking with a paved patio. He was very hardworking and very well organised. Delivery of a mini digger, delivery of materials, and removal.if the old decking all happened in a well coordinated manner. I am delighted with the end result.

Great Job today with Bradley , very informative and great knowledge of the job in hand . Very good price . I did ask Bradley to do an extra task which he hadn’t quoted for and was very accommodating and priced it accordingly. He arrived early for the job and messaged me to say he had arrived .
