A very pleasant young man. Came to view the job promptly and on time. Easy to contact, replied to all texts. Came back again a couple of days before doing the work to check a couple of things I had changed and then on the day arrived on time. He and his mate were friendly and polite, working quietly and steadily with hardly any breaks. I will definitely use Ryan again. I own several properties, but not in Plymouth so I am pleased to have made such a good contact.

Ashley was brilliant. He has done a great job with our radiators - really smart, quality workmanship. He and his colleague were very friendly, professional, tidy and prompt - he even phoned ahead to confirm he was on the way. They went above and beyond to get things done right. We really needed to renew the whole bathroom, and with our initial ideas Matt set out a solution, budget and timescale. We are very pleased with the finished result that he and the other tradesmen delivered.  We would be happy to use Matt and his regular team of tradesmen in the future.

Very professional and customer focused. Very polite, informative and knowledgeable. Took shoes off when in our house. Did a fabulous job on the consumer unit considering the mess they had to start with. Very good price also; would use them again if I needed similar work.

Mr Kefford responded to my quote request quickly, visited that afternoon. I'd initially asked for a tile replacement, but we discussed other work I thought might need doing and he gave me options, explanations and a realistic view of what actually needed doing, which I appreciated and which influenced my choosing him. From our first communication to the projects completion David proved totally reliable and professional with a pleasant and friendly approach. My lounge was well covered in dust sheets and was then vacuumed and polished ensuring it was left as he had found it. Andy managed the job very well, shed was in dire need of repairs and replacement. He worked hard without a break and the finished product looks very smart and stylish. Was always polite, clean and tidy. Always showed up on time, often early. He obviously takes pride in his work.

Malcolm was prompt and helpful, giving us advice when asked and buying fixtures to match our existing ones. He did a fantastic job and we are so pleased with the end result!
