We used M&L to replace our consumer unit, replace central heating controls and to re-skim a floor. The service was excellent. Matt contacted us to confirm the appointment, gave an accurate quote and charged a very reasonable rate for additional bits I asked him to do. He was polite, punctual, hard working and extremely professional. He made a hard job look easy. I have no hesitation in recommending M&L and in fact, I have done so already.

Ian came quickly to give us a quote. The quote was excellent and he came to do the work within days. Couldn't ask for better especially in these trying times! We were very pleased with the painting and he even painted an extra fence which wasn't quoted for. Highly recommend this tradesman!! He was friendly and respectful.

New Heating System. Quick response & very competitive quote same day following site visit. System was installed to a good standard & is working fine to date. Colin & his team arrived to do the work at the times agreed & worked to ensure minimum disruption. System installation had to be fitted in around other building work & Colin was very flexible in fitting us into his schedule. Overall, Very Happy. Chris. Ross-On-Wye.

I've recently used C.B. Building & Roofing Services for a recurring leak on my old roof and have been really impressed with the work Chris has done. He was able to provide me with a genuine quote quickly and was able to arrange a time to do the work that suited us both - even considering the weather! Kevin & Asher completed the job ahead of schedule and to budget, and I was very pleased with the standard. Lee came and gave us a price for a new standard staircase. He also offered a variety of options for other types. He was approachable, friendly and explained everything to us. Since having them fitted he has fitted our kitchen, hung oak doors and frames throughout, fitted skirting throughout, new pvc windows and a set of patio doors. His prices are reasonable and affordable. He also likes a biscuit or two and is partial to a cuppa

After setting Jac Jones Cons. what at first seemed like a simple straightforward job they continued to do everything they possibly could to complete what turned out to be possibly the hardest job they had ever taken on. Not only did they show up every day on time but they turned up with a smile on their faces and worked hard constantly. Their work rate and quality of workmanship is second to none and won't stop until not only you but they are happy with the final product. Would recommend without question!
