James Butler also trades as CGS Landscapes. He paved my driveway with poor quality slabs in September 2024 blaming the manufacturer and not himself. More broken slabs has been replaced by him 3 times in 6 months. He has refused to respond to my calls. He texted back calling me. STUPID when I texted him to say I will report him to RatedPeople and the authorities. More slabs broke 2 days ago. Sent him the picture. He simply texted back: MOVED TO DEVON NO LONGER WORKING. I hired this Mark to swap out seven radiators. Initially he quoted and I went ahead with the job. On the day before we arranged, he wanted to postpone because another job had run over, which caused some complications for me, but we managed to agree a new time. Unfortunately, he never showed up at the agreed time. I tried calling and messaging him several times but he ignored all attempts to get in touch. Very poor communication and reliability, and overall not a good experience at all.
