Turned up as agreed and completed the job, even doing a bit more than he had to so that i could get on. I gave him a wee challenge with drilling into tiles i didn't know were there, but Paul was decent and didn't complain. Just means I now know what's required when I change the bathroom next year... Recommended and will definitely utilise his services again.

To cut a long story short as I can't fit it in, he came around 9.20am, had a cup of tea, chatted then left at 10.10am to get materials and another tool. He eventually arrived back at 2.30pm, I said we thought he wasn't coming back he lost the plot. He was very unprofessional and verbally aggressive, telling me I was disrespectful and ungrateful and much more. My husband and my sister heard him too. Well, I'm a paying customer so you were most definitely the disrespectful and ungrateful one
