Terence delivered a great service in his taking out of the old and installing a new family bathroom. With it being an old house, Terence was faced with some unexpected challenges which he thought through how best to deal with these to make sure the end result was as we wanted. He took the time and the care to get things right, and was clear on what he was doing and the pricing. He was professional, reliable, clean and tidy and we now have a great bathroom. No hesitation in recommending.

Carol and his partner are extremely professional in their approach and have very high standards when it comes to their work. They tiled and fitted a new shower, taps and flooring in my bathroom nothing was too much trouble, they were respectful of my home and worked very hard to finish in a short space of time. Excellent work. Came when agreed, carried out the work with no fuss and the final bill was even a little under the original quote. I now have a fully tested central heating system which will work as it should when winter comes. Would definitely use Nour again.

It has been quite a while since he totally transformed my bathroom to an amazing wet room, sorry Laurance, ill health caused the delay, but that shower was a big help to me. There were a lot of complications and frustrations, it was a challenge for him and he worked all hours, gone midnight on a few occasions, he had a deadline and he made it. I absolutely recommend him, I'm so pleased with all the work he had done, to give me such lovely wet room. Thank you. x
