Even when he experienced supply chain issues beyond his control he thought outside of the box and managed to get all the materials and everything sorted. A time and date was agreed with this company to attend our home and then provide us with a quote. However on the due date, the Representative of the company did not arrive. When we tried to call the company to find out why, we continually received an out of office message even tho this was only late afternoon . Very poor , we will not use this company again
