Janos at Warm Hearts Plumbing was brilliant. He listened, cooperated, was efficient, thorough and reliable. He provided a bespoke service to meet my needs to have a new bath installed and sink leak. He made good the tiling and even had to adjust a cupboard to fit the bath in. He communicated with me every day and when necessary-always consulting me. He sent me regular photos of the work. He has very high standards and is excellent. He will be my |Go To Plumber for all jobs in the future. Feb 224.

Carol and his partner are extremely professional in their approach and have very high standards when it comes to their work. I used the Rated People website for the first time when the recent bad winds damaged our fences. Although I posted the request on a Sunday night - I was amazed when Ash responded an hour later, following up promptly with a call the next morning. Ash completed the work that same week. He stayed in full contact with us throughout, with updates and details whilst the work was under way. The response and communication was amazing, workmanship was top quality, and the costs very fair. Highly recommended.
