My names Tom, I have been in the real estate sector for over 10 years and have done everything from general property maintenance, new bathrooms, painting/decorating, demolition contracts and most recently constructed 9 ultra high spec homes. This was one of those jobs that had various problems from the start. Having said that SMS did put them all right without complaint. The quote given for the clearing of the site AND the complete redesign was excellent. The original deadline was missed by a long way primarily due to misjudging the anomalies of the site (eg the underlying concrete was a lot thicker than anticipated). SMS were slow in clearing the site after the work was done - it took almost three weeks before the last of the rubble and debris were moved. Overall, I am pleased with the work done and the final result and would be prepared to use them again.

We had them in to install insulation in our upstairs floor, replace the sub floor, replace some lights, install a loft hatch, and board out our loft. On top of this they discovered a problem in our roof that they fixed. We were incredibly impressed by all of the staff that attended on site. They were friendly, polite at all times, and worked really hard, to a high standard. I couldn't recommend James and his team more, and we've already started talking to them about a further project.

Even a star is not applicable for these people. The came to mend my house due to a leak in bathroom and went back breaking a pipe and not repairing anything. Taking away 2k in the process. Just avoid please
