In addition to replacing the spot lights I asked Raef to replace my bathroom floors with LVT flooring. The result was excellent! The job was carried out to an exceptionally high standard with the minum of fuss or delay. Although not cheap, I am more than happy with the finished result, and would have no hesitation in contacting RT Property Services for any future jobs. Very Highly Recommended.

Examples of the projects I have worked on in the United kingdom are the Plastering restorations on the Duke, and Duchess of Devonshire Estate, Bolton Abbey, and the Royal Armouries museum In Leeds, West Yorkshire. At quotation stage you will have access to my portfolio which includes my qualification certificates, proof of liability insurance, client references and previous works so you can be confident of whom you're allowing into your home. We generally operate on a word of mouth basis using Rated People to fill gaps in our diary as such we are unlikely to achieve the hundreds of feedback ratings of some but the quality of the reviews we do obtain will be high.

A fantasic experience all round. Andy responded, spoke courteously on the phone and provided an estimate, popped in to 'survey' my spec, gave valuable advice and confirmed his quote inside 3 hours. Andy realigned his diary and next day was at my house, right on cue. My water damaged ceiling, complete with hole, is now a thing of the past. Excellent workmanship and an excellent result. Oh, and a thoroughly nice chap! I'll certainly use Andy again and would have no hesitation in recommending his services.

Dan carried out plastering and replaced the skirting boards. He was efficient, courteous and competent, completing the job much earlier than I expected. He was a very tidy worker, clearing up after he was finished. I would recommend Dan (I have already booked him for another job.
