Quite simply the best! Stan's work is top quality. He completed my flooring (tiling and wooden floor sanding) to an exceptionally high standard. His work was so good, I asked him to stay longer and also complete my downstairs bathroom, kitchen and also a number of other decorating jobs in the house. I trusted him so much, I left him my keys, went on holiday and came back to a beautiful home. He knows a great deal, takes huge pride in his work. I would recommend Stan to everyone I know!

Christian was excellent! He finished a tiling, grouting and finishing when my previous contractor went AWOL. He has excellent attention to detail and was super tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending and will be calling on him again should I need any more jobs completed. 5 ??

I used the Fourth Room in March 2013 to do a variety of jobs in my elderly Father's garden. I found Stephen to be very reliable, always answering calls/emails and keeping appointements, professional, polite and friendly. He and his team worked tirelessly in sub zero temperatures to complete the work required to a very pleasing standard. I felt that the cost of the work was competative and good value for money. I will certainly use the Fourth Room again.

John Makkar and his incredible team have made the experience of renovating our whole 5 bedroomed house an absolute pleasure ! We were delighted with the work that Chris and his team did with our front garden. Chris impressed from the first time we met him with his knowledge and attention to detail, and he really helped us to refine our ideas, offering useful suggestions throughout the design phase. The work was completed quickly and with very minimal disruption and we are really happy with the end result - we now have the smartest looking house on the street, rather than the scruffiest as it was previously!

They turned up on time every day, worked 7 days a week to get the job done, listened to what I wanted. They cleaned up after themselves every day and just worked constantly throughout the day.The price quoted was very competitive. I would definately use them again. The job that I had done was a complete bathroom refurbishment and roof repair.

I was extremely impressed with Clayton. He worked very hard and obviously knows his stuff. I brought him in to fix my kitchen floorboards but it soon became apparent that they could not be used. Clayton helped me find a new solution (tiles) and offered excellent advise throughout. I also found him friendly and easy to get on with and am happy to recommend him to anyone. Chloe
