Found Grabiel on rated people and was apprehensive at first as there were no reviews, but there was no need to worry . Turned up in time, did what was asked and cleaned up after himself when finished. Cut two oak work tops and routered the hole for a Belfast sink. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend .very reasonably priced.

We hired Cani Building Services to replace the front stairs and pathway of our Victorian home with granite pavers in the spring of 2025. I’m really pleased I found Alex! He came and quoted the job quickly and began work quickly . He worked around my week to get the job done , arriving at 6.20 the first day as I had to leave early for a meeting He is very tidy when working , i had to work from home a few days and you wouldn’t know he was there ! His work quality is fantastic , he completed the job ahead of time , explained everything to me and is very personable and polite . A really , really nice guy. Would recommend and use again

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Andrey completed work under contract with guarantees, but within 2 months the exterior paint peeled off & looks awful. After acknowledging the poor workmanship, Andrey has systematically avoided all accountability - dodging calls, breaking promises, and blatantly refusing to honour his contractual obligations. A complete lack of professional integrity, despite us having all records of communication - he cannot be trusted to stand behind his work.

From his initial attendance to quote and then throughout the pre-works period, the standard of communication and planning were top notch. JOHN IS A VERY FRIENDLY person to have around he did outdoor rendering he did a very god job. However he promised me he can do plastering professional besides being delayed with a week what should I say he did a Terrible plastering job minus 1 rating for this I basically need to redo the plastering would only recommend him for external jobs
