Often our work is to Identity and rectify damp issues which arise from the use of modern materials on period properties where breathable materials are imperative for the buildings features and characteristics to function. JMD builders renovated my bathroom to a very high standard. They turned up on time. Cleaned up each day after work. I am particularly pleased because I have a very small bathroom and purchased bath etc. spontaneously so did not measure the space. Other workmen told me the items purchased could not fit as the bathroom was too small. JMD used their skill and initiative and fitted all the appliances in the bathroom. I am over the moon. They even fixed a cupboard door for me that could not close properly.

We asked Valon to lay porcelain slabs along the border of our garden. He responded to our request quickly and popped around beforehand to view the garden. His quote was less than anyone else’s and despite allowing one day to complete the work, it took 1.5 days and he didn’t charge us any more. His workmanship was of a high quality and we would highly recommend him. He also undertakes building work as well as gardens so he will definitely be out go to person in future
