I hired Alex he repaired all requested faults and pointed out issues other plumbers failed to sort. He sorted out all the issues causing my current plumbing problems. Was contacted by Tomasz on the same day I posted the job (Sunday) and he came out to see the job that day. It was for an elderly couple who required a bathroom refit. He understood that i wanted them to feel safe just as much as the quality of the job. He started a couple of days later and did an excellent quality job and the elderly couple felt all went well and worked around their needs. 100% would recommend Tomasz

You can see the reviews on a other website I am on, it’s called Nextdoor. We are reliable, trustworthy and have great customer service. We have a great eye to detail. We do most garden work, including weeding, trimming hedges, edging, maintaining soil beds, pressure washing patios and driveways, removing rubbish and - if you like your stripes - we also do grass!

Just to clarify, you never completed the job......50% was completed in the end and we mutually agreed that £250 was the balance to be paid which we did pay and have reciept to prove. Not sure why you have said that you came back and completed the job and also falsely claim that you reduced the bill down to £200......not true!

Professional and customer focused, but on reflection expensive for approx 2 hours work. Felt more tiles needed replacing, repointing work expensive for just part of the chimney with no tidying up after.

Ross did a great job laying the patio and installing a shed base. He immediately identified the differing levels my garden had and was able to suggest ideas to maintain relatively level access to my property. Ross arrived for the quotation as agreed and the work was started and finished promptly. He removed all the waste from the project and I'm really pleased with the outcome of the work.

Paul was great. He came out very quickly and dealt with my daughter’s door really well. It needed trimmed down due to carpets having been fitted. The carpet fitting squad couldn’t deal with the door as it wasn’t a standard internal one. It was particularly heavy and had a strong spring chain going into its side. Paul managed it fine. I’m very happy to recommend him.

Kevin messaged on 11 Aug saying he'd order radiator parts and asked us to update our review as he was blocked from Rated. We did. He later criticised us, saying he'd been on holiday. We reminded him he never showed up as agreed. No apology, no update, and still no fix. We've had enough of the excuses and silence—now hiring a professional to get the job done properly.
