We have a very difficult set of footings which involves a line of trees close by. Foundations passed by Building Control with flying colours. William called out promptly, surveyed the, roof talked through the work schedule and gave a written email quote with a promise to document all work, agreed no payment until end of job and complete satisfaction. On the day of the job, requested money for materials and payment into a personal account., I should have listened to my instincts. Job remains unfinished, no evidence of what has been done despite promises to provide videos. No receipt.
