More broken slabs has been replaced by him 3 times in 6 months. He has refused to respond to my calls. He texted back calling me. STUPID when I texted him to say I will report him to RatedPeople and the authorities. More slabs broke 2 days ago. Sent him the picture. He simply texted back: MOVED TO DEVON NO LONGER WORKING. Very prompt response to come and assess and quote for the work. They were keen to do the work the next day even though I was going to be out - they called when they arrived, sent photos as they progressed the work, messaged when finished with final photos. They took away all the rubbish (there was a lot of pruning done) and didn’t ask for payment until I had reviewed everything in person the following morning (it was dark when I got home). Overall very polite and did a very good job.
