Welcome to McCartney building I am a multi skilled trades man that has been running for around 6 years. Before COVID most off my work come from word of mouth which is always the best way, but due to COVID work has started to slow down and looking to pick back up hence being new to rated people. We chose Buildway to do this important work at our house replacing a 42 year old timber balcony. Bill came over and gave us a very thorough assessment of the options and then produced a fair quote for the work. The dates were agreed and stuck to. The job threw up some complications that couldn’t have been foreseen and they were handled professionally by the team. We are very happy with the whole experience and wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future

Hi there, my names Craig I’ve been Plumbing since leaving school in 2000. I hold advanced NVQ level 3 in Plumbing, Heating & design and was first corgi registered back in 2005. With the change from corgi to gas safe I’m now up to date with the gas safe register for Domestic Natural gas supplemented with LPG, Butane gas for both permanent dwellings, Residential Park homes (RPH) and Leisure Accommodation Vehicles (LAV) Plus also for the Plumbing side of what I cover I have the Qualification for vented and unvented Hot water storage systems (UHW10)

Phil went above and beyond and has restored my faith in Tradesmen. He fixed the problem he said he would for the price he said he would. When that didnt rectify the problem he came back in the evening and spent a further 4 hours working out that the problem was further down the pipework and repairing that for no extra charge. Outstanding work and dedication and I would recommend Phil to anybody. Cant sing his praises enough.

Norman and the guys turned up ready to work last Saturday morning and it was not long before they had the system drained and the old thermal store removed. They then began the complicated task of plumbing in an unvented hot water cylinder into the existing circuit. When they finished they diligently cleaned up and made sure everything was polished. I would highly recommend this firm even for the most complicated work required. THANKS GUYS.
