I was badly disappointed with the work, discussed this with Petru, sent him photos, he was still adamant he had done excellent work. I had to engage another contractor, who I had to pay not only to do the work, but to undo the poor outcome of Petru's work. I hired Petru based on his excellent feedback, and considered asking him to do more work in my home; I regret that decision, and will not hire contractors via websites like this any time again.

We are very pleased with the work that was done. There was a quick response to the job that day via a telephone call. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. They promised to make a visit a week later to remove the supportive structure and did exactly so yesterday. I am very pleased with the work and their professionalism.. i highly recommend them. As a property maintenance and renovations specialist, we had been working for the last 9 years exclusively for property developers and Estate Agents such as Brinkle's, Towneds, Dexters, and Cubitt&west covering All trades. We are also known for our charitable work at St Bede's Catholic church Balham and St Mathews Anglican church Croydon. Working for professional establishments over the years, helped us to perfect our skills and procedures. Now working directly for home owners and landlords with fantastic results. Initial leads are from rated people, but once people see what we can do, they usually pass us on the other family members and friends. 70% of our jobs are from word of mouth and referrals. Spreading good will and satisfaction through out the community. We also build our projects with 10 - 20 year accountability in mind. 90 % of everyone we work for are usually happy to instantly become our referee. The other 10% usually give an instant reference but are often too busy to take reference calls. We’re not happy to just build perfect projects, our actual aim is to to win friends and gain influence in society.

Retracting the previous review I gave on Affordable Repairs. Reason below. Got Ken to repair a leaking roof on the same property, after many attempts, wasted time and ££££ it was clear he was shooting in the dark and has no knowledge in this area. He even turned up at the property once (without being asked) pretended to do some work on the leaking roof, then had the audacity to send me a bill for this! When I refused to pay it he got personal. Lacks integrity. Use at your own risk.

Very happy with Rimi. He at all times came up with ideas and solutions. We had a rear garden job. Involved brick work, decking, retiling, soil work,painting, creating new landscape overall. Stanley & his team originally came on board to build us a new rear extension which would house our kitchen as well as fit a new bathroom but as the project developed it ended up being near enough an entire house renovation and we're thrilled with the results. We still have work we would like to do to the outside of the house as well as a loft conversion and when we have enough money to take on those projects, we would definitely re-hire Stanley and his team. Highly recommend Stanley & his team.
