George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. James said that he didn`t have much work on so he could come and have a look at my roof problem the following day.He said that he would phone when he was on his way.Didn`t phone,didn`t show up,didn`t answer his phone when i called,didn`t reply to my messages.Little wonder that he doesn`t have much work on.Waited around for him for several hours.......Time waster.......minus 5 stars( although i have to give 1 star to submit my comments )

My job was completed within a couple of days of being added to the site, within our budget and to a high standard. The guys were friendly and polite. Will certainly use them again.
I can only rate on the prompt, courteous and professional service as far as the quote went. We could, of course, choose only one of the three and we did in the end decide to go with one of the others but Paul was a close second.
Do not use this trader. I have used Wayne in the past and he completed the job as quoted. Re-booked again this Easter to supply and fit carpet. He took the cash (over £1000) and we have been unable to contact him since. Currently going through small claims to try and get our money back.

Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.
