Not true. I asked him what time was suitable for him and he said 12 noon. I texted him at 1.15 and called him at 2.30. He texted me to say he was on a difficult job. No further communication was had from him.

Arrived approx 1 hour after phoning. Team of 3 worked hard. Work was a good quality and they stayed late to finish the job. Cleaned well after finishing.
They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.
My name is Akos, I am originally an architect but I have a company called Zebra Services here in the South of England including South London. I do a lot of things by trade but my favourite occupation and our specialty is roofing, guttering, chimney and decorating, and painting, this includes minor plasterboard work, doors, skirting boards etc. But I wouldd rather have them talk about what others think of us: Akos and his colleague that worked on our house were thorough professionals and took great pride in the work they do. I highly recommend Thomas and his team for their excellent workmanship. They were punctual, polite, and trustworthy, completing the job — detailed pointing, brickwork replacement, installing a new gutter and downpipe, repairing a wooden patio door, and tiling. All work done to a high standard with quality materials. He provided valuable advice, and the site was left clean. Awful! I put the job out as 'urgent', he said he would call the following day, I then received a phone call at 9:30pm, saying that he couldn't do the job until the day after, then the next day, he said the same thing. So at 10am, 2 days later than originally arranged, he doesn't show up, ignores my phone call no texts,so I ring off a different phone, and he answers, then plays dumb, saying, ' but we arranged for tomorrow', I could go on, but you get what I'm saying. 100% not recommending this tradesman!
