Arrived approx 1 hour after phoning. Team of 3 worked hard. Work was a good quality and they stayed late to finish the job. Cleaned well after finishing.
They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.
My name is Akos, I am originally an architect but I have a company called Zebra Services here in the South of England including South London. Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Sam helped us identify the best solution for our house, we now have a lovely new boiler, new radiator and 2 thermostats/zones. The technicians were so efficient, polite and helpful, they finished quickly without any time wasting and left everything clean and tidy behind them. Aftersales care and communication has been brilliant also.

Awful! I put the job out as 'urgent', he said he would call the following day, I then received a phone call at 9:30pm, saying that he couldn't do the job until the day after, then the next day, he said the same thing. So at 10am, 2 days later than originally arranged, he doesn't show up, ignores my phone call no texts,so I ring off a different phone, and he answers, then plays dumb, saying, ' but we arranged for tomorrow', I could go on, but you get what I'm saying. 100% not recommending this tradesman!
