AF Building&Maintenance Ltd was formed in 2015 by Arek Fleszer, who has 22 years experience in the construction industry. It is a small, friendly and thriving company. We have completed a number of contracts with various multinational and local companies.
Arek gave us a fair quote and worked with us for a suitable start date. Arek, Kris and Gutek were lovely, friendly and polite. Nothing was too much trouble and did a fantastic job of the work we needed doing even going beyond to ensure a good finish. Absolute pleasure to have them here for 7-8 weeks. I had a leaky gutter from poor workmanship by a previous company and I contacted Joe via Rated People. He was quick to respond with a quote and was able to fit the job in, in a reasonable time span. He worked on a really cold day replacing the defective gutter with a more suitable product. He also replace the felt on our garage roof and added decorative edgings to tidy up the look of the property. He was efficient and tidy removing all the rubbish. I would highly recommend him and use again.

In a nutshell Mr Scales was god sent! I urgently needed decking done to an unusually shaped area of the garden and also tidying up of some unfinished work by a previous workman. Kevin did a remarkable job with the lot. He arrived at the times he said he would, waited to discuss anything he thought I needed to consent on and was very careful not to damage any of my pots & plants. He completed the work in the time he estimated & understood my tight schedule. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!
