I arranged a meeting for Thursday afternoon and waited until 5 and nobody had arrived or rang or messaged to advise of a problem or to re arrange I rang and left a message asking the issue but have heard nothing. Very disappointing and unprofessional. A pity as it has turned out to be a big job

We had a fast response from Weatherwise. The problem turned out to be more serious than we'd thought, and Weatherwise were able to carry out extensive roof repairs immediately. Subsequently, after heavy rain, we had a problem with one of the new gutters and reported this to Weatherwise who were very quick to come and put things right. Several of our neighbours have also had work done by Weatherwise having seen the job they did for us.

I hired Tom and his team to fix a roof leak a few weeks ago. Tom came across as friendly and professional and guaranteed his work for 25 years. Unfortunately the roof started leaking a week after the work and I asked Tom if he could take a look. He has since agreed to come back but has not turned up on the days agreed. He now ignores my messages. I am still open to Tom doing the work and hope to change the rating I’ve given.

STAY well away from this company. Quoted to fit stair carpet and stair rods. Arrived late and Ryan started to cut the stair rods. Ryan stayed for 3 hours then just walked out with no warning and never came back. I then found out that he cut 8 of the stair rods incorrectly. I advised him of this and he said he would replace. After not responding to my texts I can assume he is not replacing them which has now left me £88.00 out of pocket to replace. Be warned .

I had this company for the few roofing jobs and repairing the guttering. Apart from covering the chimney they did not do anything what was they were contracted for. As it was roofing jobs I could not check it. All the problems remains the same. also has to pay someone to fix the guttering as it was leaking badly. I would not recommend this company for any job. They are not trustworthy.
Liam came to sort my leaking roof on 1/11/19. Claimed there was more loose tiles on roof and charged me extra to put all of them in place- no pictures provided to prove this, like what other roofers do. Didn’t give me a receipt and promised to email this together with a 5 year guarantee he promised me for paying xtra. He ignored my texts and has now blocked my number. I’d never use him again and not I’m not even sure he even fixed the leak. Unprofessional, disgusting and don’t recommend. Wasted my £200.

I hired them to fix a long-standing leak; initial communication was good. The repair, done by what seemed like subcontractors, was shortly followed by a new leak. They denied responsibility, but an independent inspection found clear deficiencies. They had also promised 15 years warranty, but failed to provide promised papers despite multiple requests, and have since ignored all communication. Considering legal action.

They were not unqualified. They met every regulation in the book. You first said the wires needed to be in conduit, but when I had this checked, you then accepted that this was not the case. You said the 'regulation had changed' but conduit was never a legal requirement, just something done for practicality. The electricity was working fine for 3 days before you came and started working. This is nothing personal just bad trademanship, which I have a moral duty to highlight to others.
Made an apponitment did not show. He did ring later and explained. Made a second appointment did not show, no phone call at all.
