It is Cold applied so there is no Fire Risk. Great for Overlays of existing Roofs, New Roofs, Terraces and Walkways. For a Number of years , I also had a Solar PV company ,installing over 40 systems in London and the South East. My clients have included Churches,The Grosvenor and Dulwich College Estates,and a long list of satisfied Domestic Customers.
Ultimately the repair failed so we changed roofer. Sadly the next two roofers failed as well.

Pros: Fair and competitive pricing. Work scheduled on short notice and finished quicker than expected. On-site team was professional and courteous. Cons: Needed to follow up to get scaffolding removed. Warranty documents were delayed by over a month despite multiple chases. Gutters were not reinstalled properly causing leaks. Two repair attempts failed and I'm now waiting on a full replacement with no exact date confirmed as yet.

A.JOHNSON PROPERTY SERVICES - We originally complained of the sub standard work carried out by the above the job that wasnt done to our satisfaction and the fear factor was used on us to have furher work carried out. The leak that was supposed to be repaired was not repaired, consequently we have rain still pouring through our ceiling. He also said its a wonder that the chimney stack had NOT fallen in. The WHOLE of the job took 2.5 hours. Full report is available with pictures should anyone wish.
