James arrived at the agreed time and after going up to survey the chimney produced a detailed plan and quotation and showed me photos.The price was fair and the work was undertaken straight away. An efficient and professional job, also did a couple of other small things I asked for. Also shared photos of the completed work, no way are those crows bothering us again now!!

Kieran did an excellent job of digging out an overgrown flower bed and rebuilding a brick retaining wall topped with coping. He was most helpful in discussing options, worked very hard, and was a pleasure to work with. We are very satisfied with the end result - a great improvement. I can certainly recommend Kieran for similar jobs.

Pat and his colleague were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to fix the issues with the roof of my house. Damion from swift & neatmuilttrader ltd was fantastic!! he came & viewed the chimney, gave me a very reasonable quote, also didn't make a fuss as some other roofers did!! did the work in under 30min.. excellent job, he very professional. will be using him again on other bits around the house! 5 Star.

We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Very much look forward to using LFC in the future.

Adrian and Marcel arrived as planned and did a great job. Professional and friendly, they worked hard, finishing the job and leaving us happy. I would definitely recommend and I intend to use again on a bigger project I have planned when the weather improves. Steve
