The job was to cut back a severely overgrown patch of garden. Chris & his team, Adrian & Cosmin, gave me a competitive quote, after coming to visit the site to assess what needed to be done. We are very pleased with the work that was done. There was a quick response to the job that day via a telephone call. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. They promised to make a visit a week later to remove the supportive structure and did exactly so yesterday. I am very pleased with the work and their professionalism.. i highly recommend them. I was badly disappointed with the work, discussed this with Petru, sent him photos, he was still adamant he had done excellent work. I had to engage another contractor, who I had to pay not only to do the work, but to undo the poor outcome of Petru's work. I am very disappointed with the service from Andrey’sRoofing The quality of workmanship was poor and far below what was promised. Issues included: cracks in the plastering after only 2 months of it being finished. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter, the company failed to take responsibility or provide a satisfactory solution. Communication was unprofessional when my husband and I were contacting him, at one point he hung up on us I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

The work completely was of a very high standard with immaculate attention to details. Jerry was punctual from the survey stage to the end of the work. He sorted little snags with the wall, separated the work area with a plastic sheet so the dust was minimised. After each day, my home was left clean and the job was progressing well.
