Steve called immediately and arranged for someone to come and look at the job. I then had a no obligation quote. There was no pressure just honest information. I was kept informed and made aware of what could be done. They were both very polite and did not rush off for the next job. They asked if I was happy with everything before leaving. I would recommend this company and will have them back in the future for further work.

Efficiently handled job , although it wasn’t as straight forward as it first appeared , the required work was more extensive , a price was agreed . Peter arrived promptly, worked at a steady pace all day . Did a good job and gave a thorough job in tidying up afterwards .

Easiplan Building Services was very professional from the start. The quote was timely, and details were explained clearly. After the work was finished, the cleanup was excellent. There is another chimney that needs work, and we will not hesitate to call again.

Victor and his team worked on the kitchen for 3 days and I hardly even noticed they were there. They were tidy and very quiet. They did exactly as they said they would and started and finished on time. Really pleased with the workmanship. The finish is a lot better than I had hoped.

Adrian was very pleasant to deal with and completed wiring up and signing off on my garden house very quickly and to good quality. He even fixed an earthing fault on my house after discovering it. Every step was explained in detail and there was good transparency. The price was good too. I would recommend AP electrical.

Leon has been an absolute pleasure to have at my house to carry out the job, he is very polite very tidy and very thorough with his work first fix was excellent awaiting his return for the second fix, he is also very aware of the covid situation and takes the correct precautions

Lee and his team were amazing. They worked tirelessly to bring my vision to life. The work was faultless and the chaps were friendly. As the last 3 workmen I had used on different (bigger) jobs removed all rubbish& excess materials, I assumed John would too but had he asked, I would accept an extra say £20 if he had suggested it extra.

Kes installed my new kitchen, boxed pipes and changed the front door lock! He was very polite hard working and gave a very competitive price and has extreme attention to detail!. A very trustworthy individual and reliable. It took a total of 3 days for Kes to install the kitchen to an amazing standard. One day he worked flat out from 9am to 9:30pm to get the job done! (I had previously been told by a kitchen fitter that it would take 2 men 4 days). I will 100% be using Kes again Thank you
