Dave is friendly but completely disorganised and does not reply to repeated calls or emails. He lost the instruction book for our boiler. Now he has not supplied any gas safety certificate, despite constantly asking for over a month. I am going to have to pay someone else to do this in addition to the money I paid him for the job. AVOID AT ALL COSTS I can't recommend Tom. Previously TH&Jones Ltd he has changed the company name. He has left us with an extension that doesn't meet building regulations and needs to be taken down. Our house unsalable. I have an independent report to support it. Insufficient foundation, no damp course, insufficient insulation, incorrect installation of roof. He said he would rectify if we paid for 'things unquoted' but failed to show exactly what. We haven't heard from him in months. Stay away!!

Sam gave a good price to supply and install solid oak stair cladding his workmanship was exceptional and outstanding. He was a lovely man couldn’t do enough for us. He cleaned up after himself. He come when he said he would come. He finished the job as when he said he would finish the job, he was very kind very friendly and the Work was very reasonably priced. They worked hard all day and were very meticulous about everything. Completed the job to a very high standard and cleaned up, before they left on day 2. Worked late to complete the job. John did do a good job when he decided to turn up. However, he was not reliable and would always ask for money upfront..Also , he never came back to finish the job, even though he was paid to.
