I found Darren to be friendly and professional. His quotes were reasonable. The jobs changed slightly once the work started and Darren took the time to explain the options. Some changes required additional money from me but I was happy to pay as the end result was worth it. I would definitely ask Darren for quotes in the future.

Shortly after finishing our renovation the floor began to lift, after a 2-year battle and almost court they admitted it was a fitting fault. Not ideal for a 12k job. Now our sink has fallen in, turns out he has used the world's smallest bit of wood and some sealant to fix it to the underside of our granite worktops rather than correctly fitting it using the fixings on the actual sink. Add to this, gaps between drawers and misaligned cupboards and you get the idea.

AVOID Adil is a smooth talker who hasn't got a clue about work in the industry. Employed to refurbish a full house. A SUMMARY of issues follows. 1 - Plastering done is uneven. 2 - Did not allow plaster to dry before painting walls so already peeling off. 3 - Found number of areas where holes had been left, and had these not been pointed out would have been left. 4 - Wood not sanded before painting, incl. new skirting boards. 5 - Threats when I refused to pay!
