Stud wall, light fitting and radiator fitting plus plastering. Very pleased with all the work carried out. Is to a very high standard and completed promptly and tidily. Even put some board back up in in my porch as an added 'freebie' Would definitely recommend. Steve and Debbie M30

Received a swift response regarding my post, after submitting photos I was provided with a quote and an appointment date. Lewis is well mannered, has excellent communication, he kept me updated every step of the way. I would give ten stars if I could ,this young man has made an old lady happy,as simple as the job may have been it has made me feel better for having the light fittings changed which I've been looking at for one year now and it's wonderful to have proper light ...lol ...I will be having more work done by this lovely young man and Thankyou Mike God bless you and see you soon . Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Excellent all round service, nothing too much trouble, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.
