I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.

The job started as refurbishing a kitchen extension. Nik and his guys worked quickly and paid attention to detail. Nik came up with the best possible layout given the space. George did an excellent job repairing the flashing on my porch roof and waterproofing my gutter. He was precise on exactly what work he was going to do, he gave me a reasonable price and he is always polite and clear in his communications. I would have no hesitation in recommending George for roofing work.
We're running the business like five years in London and we do all the building job.
Please avoid. There were problems from start to finish, including quoting for work that was later not carried out and repeatedly claiming not to understand what had been agreed. The standard of work was very poor and has been done so badly that it cannot be fixed and will need to be removed and redone at my own expense. From what I can see, the issues are significant, and I’m also concerned that the associated plumbing work may have been affected, although I can’t yet say to what extent.

A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. This was impossible as it was a shopfront. Absolutely no balls, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
