They did 2 bathroom makeovers, they were let down by a tile supplier which delayed our timetable but in general the team were good to work with, focussed, and listened to what we wanted. Initial service was great. But grass that was laid hasn’t last a year with a lot of patches and bits that have died. I watered and cut the grass regularly as I trusted but the grass just hasn’t lasted. Unfortunately, after several requests for help, Christian hasn’t been very responsive and showing no signs of helping.
