I found Jason on rated people, he was always friendly, professional and punctual. He has completely refitted my bathroom to a fabulous standard, Jason is a perfectionist in every aspect of his work, and always leaves his work clean and tidy. He made suggestions that I hadn't thought of which improved the finished look of the bathroom and brought the project in on budget. I would recommend him completely.

Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. We are happy to quote anything, bespoke is my passion. If you can’t get someone to build it, we can! Please feel free to browse photos of my work, I will try upload a little bit of everything. I am an independent carpet,flooring and artificial grass specialist. I supply and install carpets,vinyl flooring,luxury vinyl tiles,non slip flooring,sisal,seagrass,and other natural flooring and artificial grass. I source discontinued roll stock,roll ends and aged stock direct from the manufacturers which I buy at clearance prices and then pass the discount on to the customer. I carry out work for several letting agents in Norfolk who purchase clearance roll stock and roll ends from me. I provide specialist installation of natural products such as sisal and seagrass. I will also provide a fitting only service to customers that have purchased their own carpets and flooring. I have been in business since 1998 and have been FITA trained in all aspects of carpets and flooring. I guarantee all my fitting work for the lifetime of the carpet or flooring.

Shane was really helpful in giving us different ideas of what we could have with our windows, fascia and soffets. The price he quoted was far better than other companies and the work was done on time. He also did the little extras that would not normally get done. We are very very pleased with the finished result. Great job.

The contractor gave excellent advise.He always turned up on time and the work was completed to schedule . During the work various minor various modifications were needed these were discussed in full and solutions found his knowledge and experience most useful. Once finished there was one minor problem which was quickly solved at no extra cost I am very pleased with the work carried out in terms of finish and cost. I would use Hackett Property Services again and am happy to recommend them.
