Kevin messaged on 11 Aug saying he'd order radiator parts and asked us to update our review as he was blocked from Rated. We did. He later criticised us, saying he'd been on holiday. We reminded him he never showed up as agreed. No apology, no update, and still no fix. We've had enough of the excuses and silence—now hiring a professional to get the job done properly.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! We asked Piotr to lay heavy limestone tiles on an area of approx 65m2. He has done an unbelievably good job - we could not be happier. He is friendly, punctual, trustworthy, knowledgeable about tiles/tiling and worked round our living situation - a family of 4 with 3 dogs, so it wasn’t easy! Did not turn up in the morning. I had to travel to meet this tradesman as I don’t live in the property. He didn’t bother to let me know he is not coming. After texting him he said “ Am so sorry i didn’t update my diary can i come see you tomorrow morning ?” When I said he is not getting a good feedback then he’s changed the excuse to “daughter unwell”, certainly a lie. I’ve seen his FB business page so he is a bathroom fitter and joiner?!! I think I’ve had a lucky escape. Avoid.

My job was the exterior painting of my house. Between quoting for the job and completion was over a month due entirely to some of the wettest, windiest weather we have had in a long time. I had regular updates from Vince apologising for the weather and as soon as the weather improved Vince was on the job and it was completed promptly to a high standard. A neat and tidy job with all waste taken care of. I would definitely use Vince for any future painting jobs. In short a top quality job at a fair price.
