I have been in property development for 15 years and I have dealt with excellent tradesmen as well as bad tradesmen. I can categorically say that Shawn is one of the best tradesmen I have dealt with. He provided me with very competitive quote, completed job when he said he would and his finish is brilliant. His way of dealing with customers is clam and professional.He did not ask me for penny upfront and all was paid after he invoiced me having finished the job.

I was apprehensive appointing someone through a website, but so glad I did Carl was great, from a very informative initial meeting and then estimate all the way through to completion of 1 ensuite, 1 small family bathroom and 1 small downstairs toilet. He was full of useful ideas which helped the project go smoothly. Due to the nature of this project, flexibility was key and he excelled in this regards. Elton and his team did a fantastic job for me, rectifying some unfinished work left by another builder as well as some additional jobs (block-paving, installing a soak-away channel, removing a door and bricking it up). He is knowledgable, highly skilled at what he does, trust-worthy and communicated well throughout. His team worked tirelessly on some gruelling tasks and with perfection. Not the easiest job in the world, repairing extensive damage following a long standing water leak, full bathroom refurbishment and lots of decorating work.
