Although personable, he did an appalling job and left the poor lady with raw sewage leaking and a dreadful smell. She was very distressed for months and it cost over £1800 to put the work right. He has since stopped answering his phone and does not respond to any communication.

We felt easy about him accessing all the rooms in the house and leaving him to his own resources to fix the plumbing problem where we have no heating or hot water for 4 days. I never said no tradesmen had not completed a job what I said I had a few bad experiences with bad trades men over 40 years.Yes level went across the tiles it was only after the grout had dried and I was cleaning the tiles that I notice the tiles that were not level.A lot of people can say they are tradesmen but there’s also a saying a jack of all trades and a master of none
