Steve was great and really helpful, totally trustworthy - I felt comfortable leaving him in the flat while I went out to buy something he had recommended that I needed and had researched where I should buy it from! i have since used silk Electricians again and Steve's number is in my phone for any future electrical issues. John is a really nice guy, I'd love to rate his actual work but after chasing for quotes for a few weeks I should have realised. I've been constantly chasing for three months to get the work complete. No option but to return insurance cheque for payment for the work I can't get completed and go through the whole process again with someone reliable. Shame as i said he seemed a really nice guy!.
