Florin did a good job for my elderly mother in June. However, the pump that he installed stopped working 2 months ago and despite numerous calls, texts and emails, he has failed to respond. The pump is guaranteed and he has the paperwork so we are stuck. Very poor after care which has totally changed my initial view.
"My plasterer" Provide a very high standard of finished plastering, dry lining and coving. Forms of dry lining include "dot and dab", metal stud walls and metal frame ceilings. We have 15 years experience in the plastering trade.

I had my flat walls/windows painted & the work was poor. I had to change one date of project & instead of rebooking, a day of my job was lost and the work was not finished properly. Also my furniture was ruined by the painter spilling paint on it, possibly in his rush to finish. I called after job was paid for to try to resolve the poor paintwork quality & get help with restoring my drawers, but they never got back to me. I had to re-finish much of the work myself, and lost a piece of furniture. Avoid.

Paramount, run by L.Adams & T.Kemp made a good job of ground clearing and were then offered the task of building a patio 4.5m x 3.5m and laying turf 5.3m x 20m, which they accepted. These tasks took almost four weeks on a daily rate. Delays caused by inexperience, lack of equipment and transport, and the correction of mistakes were many on the patio.Turfing o.k. They have not been asked to do any further work to finish the job. Not recommended, Patio looks amateurish.

We initially tendered the downstairs loo floor to be retiled and had other jobs around the house to be done. The floor was done to a very good quality and it was on this basis we decided to offer the other jobs we wanted doing in the house - painting the hallway & landing, 2 bedrooms and the kitchen all very satisfactory. Would recommend and would use again.
