Ken is friendly & courteous. Was flexible with start date. Didn't take any money upfront & completed the works. Arrived very late on the day. Work was done on the roof & guttering - not an expert enough to really comment on quality of work. Looks ok, but time will tell. BUT, here's the issue: I'm still waiting for the invoice/guarantee! Told on several occasions, will get it on the day but still waiting & don't expect it now. 5 stars if I had confidence of a guarantee! So sort out paperwork beforehand!

We had this work undertaken 6 months ago. We have since had work undertaken by 2 other electricians in the house. Both electricians said the work undertaken by Mirek was both illegal and dangerous. We said we did not require a part P certificate to be issued as we didn't intend to move but expected the work to at least be of that quality. Work has had to be completely re-done. Very disappointed.

The whole team were (and still are!) fantastic from initial contact to end. They made site visits at very early times to suit me, returning with tools to test areas and offered to help with an asbestos enquiry (which I hadn't noticed). And all before being booked. The job took less time than planned, was exactly what was wanted and they left no trace of working. They also happily came back two weeks later to make some changes I wanted. Kes installed my new kitchen, boxed pipes and changed the front door lock! He was very polite hard working and gave a very competitive price and has extreme attention to detail!. A very trustworthy individual and reliable. It took a total of 3 days for Kes to install the kitchen to an amazing standard. One day he worked flat out from 9am to 9:30pm to get the job done!
