The finish is excellent on the render and the quality is constant through what was a fairly large rendering job on my detached house. A smart job. We requested a drawing as I was concerned that they might have a problem with fitting the wardrobe in the space. Edgar said he would be doing a drawing so was happy to share. We provided some comments which Edgar took on board. He had the whole unit made off site so it took him 10 minutes to fit. Very pleased with the job.

We made the request at midday for trades people to quote, Rudy called soon after and said he could drop by on the way home from a job, he came when expected at 7pm ! Took one look at the broken slipped tile and said easy a Quick job can do it now, we agreed a very reasonable price, 10 minutes later job done. GReat job good price no bullshit very pleased. Again your comment is not correct. I had to leave before the cleaners finished, so could not have said that they had done a good job. Also they were supposed to do every 2 weeks, so how could I say 'see you next week'? Accuracy is not your strong point I see. Am not sure where you live but we don't get that much dust or dirt in 3 to 4 days... For reasons discussed over the phone I don't want your cleaners back in the house.

Unfortunately they are not a team. Oliver is the tiler and Michael is just a relative managing his schedule who has no know-how in the field. This created various issues since Michael gives quotes and speaks with customer to plan everything: - Michael quoted an all inclusive price but then I had to find a plumber as Oliver was not even able to remove a shower valve from the wall. - Oliver charges 300£ per day. Probably not the cheapest on the market considering the low quality of his job and their planning.
We complete all aspects of property maintenance on both Residential and Commercial properties - we are nominated contractors for a number of Managing Agents and Commercial businesses.

Do not use this trader. I have used Wayne in the past and he completed the job as quoted. Re-booked again this Easter to supply and fit carpet. He took the cash (over £1000) and we have been unable to contact him since. Currently going through small claims to try and get our money back.

Very impressed with Lloyd. He was courteous and friendly. He worked quickly and efficiently and made the minimum of mess. One of the installations wasn't in exactly the right place and he corrrected that with good humour even though the problem emerged at the end of the day when he must have been tired. As with any larger projects, a couple of changes needed to be made as we went along however they were entirely adaptable and proactive with advice. Awful! I put the job out as 'urgent', he said he would call the following day, I then received a phone call at 9:30pm, saying that he couldn't do the job until the day after, then the next day, he said the same thing. So at 10am, 2 days later than originally arranged, he doesn't show up, ignores my phone call no texts,so I ring off a different phone, and he answers, then plays dumb, saying, ' but we arranged for tomorrow', I could go on, but you get what I'm saying. 100% not recommending this tradesman!

This company is dishonest. Stupidly I paid for this job before it was finished and have been conned. They turned up 3 hours late, did 2 hours work and left early. They insisted on being paid up front saying "don't worry we'll come back to finish the job, if we didn't a bad review would kill our business". We arranged a date to come back and finish the work and they never turned up, wasting my day. They've now stopped answering calls. Next step is contacting trading standards.
