Jonathan is a true professional and reliable guy, together with his partner James installed a new Worcester Bosch boiler, relocated a radiator and power flushed the system. The firm were professional, friendly and efficient, cared about their customers and cleaned up at the end of each day's work. Another bonus was I could trust them with the keys to the house to get on with the work without me around. Also the only firm that took the trouble to research what was new on the market and the feasibility of a replacement back boiler which better suited my needs than a combi boiler. The guys really went above and beyond the call of duty, working late and over weekends to get our house ready to move in to. They have a great team of people to call on for all aspects of work, finish to a high level, are considerate (we have a new baby) and a pleasure to have around. Budget, potential time implications and solutions are all discussed up front when any issues arise, so no nasty surprises. I cannot describe the level of professionalism and meticulousness the people from this company have. To start with, Vessilie has reliable suppliers and he can get you whatever you want for a very competitive price. For example, the kitchen company I bought my kitchen from failed to deliver my kitchen and I was left with an empty shell for a kitchen. Vessilie, immediately, took me to Magnet Traders (one of his suppliers) and bought me a new kitchen on the spot (Usually takes between 3 to 4 weeks for a new kitchen to arrive) and for a fraction of the price. Moreover, Vessilie dealt with any problems that appeared along the way in a calm and professional manner. His people are so trustworthy that you can leave them at home without any worries. My kitchen and bathroom have been done to such a high standard that every single person visiting my flat asks about the person who has done it. The job began on 4th February and the plumber finally said he was finished on 11th March. Quality of work was very poor. Walls that were replastered were not finished properly, tiles unevenly laid, cream coloured seal put around bath was cream coloured not white (bath was white and so were tiles), grout between tiles was uneven, tiles were not mitred on edges, vanity unit and top were both damaged, sink was cut into work surface when it should have been placed on top of work surface as in picture shown to plumber. Metal trim was not cut or mitred at corners. I was asked to pay for materials, ie 15 metres of copper pipe, 100 wrap over clips, saw and other items when they were clearly not used on the job. I would not reccomend.
