I am really please with the qualiy of the work that Andy and his team put into the landscaping of my garden. They listened to what I wanted and offered some useful enhancements. They were always friendly and left things pretty tidy at the end of each day. The additional bits I wanted added to the cost but thats to be expected (it was itemised) and it did improve on the overall apperance of the job. Most days they arrived as schedulled. Overall I am very pleased with the work and would use them again.

I have been in the building trade since i was 16 and in the year of 2000 i became a sole trader in the building business. This gives me over 25 years knowledge in the building game. I specialize more into the stonemason side than the bricklaying side
John capped, rendered and made good the lead work on our chimney, he also replaced badly worn roofing felt along the eaves with the addition of " Felt Support Trays" which help stop the new felt from rotting. His work was of a high standard as he takes pride in doing a good job. John and Bobby always left the job clean and tidy after each shift.

Phil was polite, friendly, understanding, professional and the quality of his work and how quickly he completed the job was brilliant. I would recommend using Phil to friends and family. I'd highly recommend Alan and Kieron from ADK Building. They installed our bathroom to a very high standard from the plumbing through to tiling, installing underfloor heating and constructing custom made shelving to overcome a challenging job. Alan is very friendly, helpful and polite, he discussed the requirements in detail and any unforeseen problems were explained and dealt with. The work area was left clean and tidy each day.
Two Mills Property Services was started by myself, Mike Howard, in 2014. On 24th October 2016, I opened an account with Rated People. At the time of writing, I have undertaken 21 Rated People jobs since I signed up, with 18 ratings/reviews for those jobs. I currently have a total of 79 stars out of a possible maximum of 80 stars. Most of my first 18 reviews are for joinery work. One is for a Man and Van job. For 2019, I hope to secure staircase-related work; specifically, railing assemblies (balustrading). I can be flexible on times/days, evenings no problem. As for charges, hourly/daily rate or a written estimate, it depends on several factors, including the nature of the work and the extent to which the job has been assessed by myself. Free home visits are available for properties within about a five-mile radius of Chester city centre. Estimates are valid for 14 days. I prefer to communicate by email or some other written form. Trips to retailers, for materials: I generally don't charge a mark-up but I reserve the right to do so. I always present receipts to the homeowner. Disposal of discarded material: I do not currently have a licence so I'm unable to offer this service. But I've cut doors in half so that the pieces can be put into a car.
